What is covered in these terms

At Hohou te Rongo Kahukura, we work in partnership – it is built into the bones of our mahi!  In these Terms of Service we establish what can be expected between yourself and us.  Please have a read and let us know if you have any questions.

What you can expect from us

By posting content here, we agree to have it available and as accurate as we can.

All our learning comes from an evidence base, and we are grateful that this is expanding.  If you know of research or information you think we could be including, please let us know!  And this also means we may change or remove things.  Our goal is to remain as up to date as possible.

How we use your information
All use of this site is subject to our Privacy Policy including how we protect your data and your private information

How we use funds
We are a charitable trust, and all income earned through the provision of training is used to prevent or respond to violence experienced by Takatāpui and Rainbow people.

Some of these services allow you to interact with others, please help us maintain a safe and respectful environment. We will take complaints seriously and that may result in banning you from our services.

Allowing us to contact you
By signing up to this site, you are agreeing to being contacted via our newsletter and any other adhoc communications that may result from time to time. You can always unsubscribe at any time and every communication will have an unsubscribe link.

Some of our services will give you access to content that may belong to other people or organisations. For example, we might link to a website or video.  This content will be subject to their original terms & conditions, and where possible, we will make that clear on the shared content. The views expressed in other people or organisations' content are theirs, and don't necessarily reflect our views.
